Konvergenz der Zeiterfassungsterminals

Die Personal Swiss und Personal Süd 2013 stehen vor der Tür. Flintec's Thema 2013 ist die Konvergenz der Zeiterfassungsterminals.

Konvergenz, d.h. Zusammenführen unterschiedlicher Teilbereiche zu einem Ganzen, bedeutet in Bezug auf Zeiterfassungsterminals: Terminal-Verband mit einer Vielfalt an Erfassungsterminals über unterschiedliche Kommunikationsnetze.

Stationäre Terminals sind ortsgebunden und kommunizieren i.d.R. über WLAN oder Telefon-Festnetz. Beispiel: Kaba- und PCS-Terminals, sowie Festnetz-Telefonapparate (an der TK-Anlage oder direkt am Telefonnetz-Abschluss: S0, S2M und VoIP).

Mobile Terminals sind ortsunabhängig und kommunizieren über Internet / Intranet oder Mobilnetz. Beispiel: Flintec Web und Android App für Smartphones, sowie Mobilnetz-Telefonapparate (Handy, Smartphones).

Konvergenz-Kriterien in Bezug auf Zeiterfassung:

  • Best of Breed im jeweiligen Teilbereich (stationär, per Telefon und mobil)
  • Nahtlose Kompatibilität an der Schnittstelle zur Zeitwirtschaft
  • Teilmenge mit gleicher Funktionalität
  • Leistungsergänzung
