Hall: 8, Stand number: 8C11 - ForwardX has successfully provided services to top 500 enterprises across various industries.

One of our valued partners, Chery Automotive, will showcase how ForwardX's AMRs have enhanced efficiency across various assembly lines. The Chery Super One Factory, a world-class automobile manufacturing facility, boasts an impressive annual production capacity of 300,000 vehicles and 200,000 KD units, highlighting its leadership in the automotive industry.

With implemented over 100 AMRs in Chery’s final assembly workshop, ForwardX provide an individualized solution optimized to match their needs. In the post-installation line, Flex 300-L AMRs transport materials from staging areas to workstations after barcode verification, securely docking with racks and leveraging vision systems for precise handling. In the interior and door line processes, Lynx U1000 autonomous tugger AMRs connect with the SPS system to transport materials, using light-guided picking for accuracy and automating rack unloading and collection. On the chassis line, Chery Super Factory emphasizes sustainability by reusing old racks and utilizing ForwardX’s Apex 2000 autonomous forklifts, reducing waste and supporting eco-friendly operations.

Our main product:

At LogiMAT 2025, we will present Flex300SCB, Flex600LS, Max1500L, Apex 1400L, and LynxU1000, which basically encompass all of our most popular product lines.

Flex AMRs, equipped with the most slender bodies, enable them to navigate through narrow aisles while carrying products weighing up to 300kg or 600kg, depending on their models. Different models of Flex AMRs will be equipped with various functional accessories. The Flex300SCB is tailored for warehouse picking and sorting tasks. Its compact design is ideal for narrow aisles, greatly improving operational space flexibility and efficiency. Additionally, it offers optional printer and barcode scanner integration for enhanced functionality. The Flex600LS, which will be showcased at the event, features an intuitive touchscreen for enhanced operational efficiency, increased payload capacity up to 600kg, and a slimmer design for improved adaptability to various container types.

With our most flexible design, Max 1500L AMRs are capable of case picking with full 360° obstacle detection and avoidance, a loading capacity of 1,500 kg (3,306 lbs), highly precise docking capabilities, and lifting functions for pallets and racks. They excel in safely and efficiently transporting medium-sized and heavier goods in case picking scenarios. Additionally, we have an upgraded design for the Max AMR, the Max O2500L, which supports omnidirectional towing with a maximum load capacity of 2,500 kg (5,511 lbs). Capable of operating flexibly in relatively restricted working environments, it greatly enhances the flexibility and safety of production lines.

The Apex series of autonomous forklifts consists of three types: the Apex 1400L pallet stacker forklift, the Apex C1500L counterbalanced forklift, and the Apex 2000 pallet jack forklift. With their adjustable fork design, Apex AMRs are compatible with EPAL, T11, and GMA pallets. Similar to the aforementioned products, the Apex series is equipped with real-time communication capabilities with other forklifts and AMRs, enabled by deep-learning AI algorithms. Prioritizing safety, Apex features 360-degree detection and avoidance of both dynamic and static obstacles. It is a powerful solution designed to meet the demands of high-precision and versatile stacking.

Lynx, our specialized product designed for the automotive manufacturing industry, uses deep learning computer vision paired with a LiDAR-based SLAM navigation system, making it suitable for stable operations in complex environments. It works alongside personnel, other AMRs, and customers’ existing automation equipment without the need for remodeling or laying out magnetic strips or other fixed routes. Lynx is the most flexible AMR built for the automotive industry, driving efficiency with rapid deployment and leading to a quick ROI.

Looking for more collaborations:
