8. Internationale SPICE-Konferenz – 2008 im Mai in Nürnberg

8th International SPICE Conference - Software Process Improvement and Capability Determination

Die größte internationale Konferenz zum Thema SPICE und Software Prozesse findet 2008 vom 26. bis 28. Mai in Nürnberg statt. Drei Tage gibt es dort das Aktuellste zu den Themen CMM®, Automotive SPICE®, Banking SPICE, Enterprise SPICE, Software Testing, Requirements Engineering und vielem mehr. Mit dabei als Keynote-Sprecher ist unter anderem einer der Väter von CMM®, Mark Paulk, von der Carnegie Mellon University. Weitere Keynote-Sprecher sind Linda Ibrahim (International Project Leader for Enterprise SPICE), Francois Coallier (Chairman ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC7) and Edoardo Sivera (Fiat Group Automobiles). Dazu werden die neuesten Entwicklungen im Bereich SPICE vorgestellt - von Automotive SPICE® über Enterprise SPICE bis hin zu Banking SPICE.
Insgesamt wartet die Konferenz mit 29 Präsentationen aus 14 Ländern von vier Kontinenten auf. „Mit den vier Keynotes und der "High Maturity Session" mit den großen indischen Unternehmen Wipro, KPIT und Satyam setzt die SPICE 2008 einen Meilenstein!“, so Robert Treffny, Präsident des Organisators vor Ort in Nürnberg, der Global Association for Software Quality.
Seit dem ersten SPICE-Symposium 1994 haben Tausende Teilnehmer aus dem Automobilbereich, Finanzsektor und Softwarequalitätsbereich diese Konferenz besucht. Teilnehmer aus mehr als 30 Ländern, Tutorials und viele Vorträge aus der Praxis zeichnen die SPICE-Konferenz aus.

gasq - Global Association for Software Quality ist ein in Belgien eingetragener, internationaler, gemeinnütziger Verband für Software-Qualität (AISBL). Die Gründungsmitglieder kommen aus ganz Europa, aber auch aus Amerika und Asien. gasq-Büros gibt es im Moment in Belgien, Bulgarien, Deutschland, Frankreich und Spanien.
