Die Mitglieder der Global Association for Software Quality, gasq, haben einen Vorstand gewählt. Präsident ist Bernard Homès aus Frankreich, Vizepräsidenten sind Jose M. Diaz Delgado aus Spanien und Robert Treffny aus Deutschland.
Homès, der ebenfalls Präsident des Französischen Testing Boards innerhalb des ISTQB ist, ist ebenfalls für IEEE in Frankreich aktiv. Er ist seit vielen Jahren mit dem Thema "Software-Test" beschäftigt, und ist ein anerkannter Sprecher auf Software-Qualitäts-Konferenzen.
Jose M. Diaz Delgado ist Vorsitzender des Spanischen Testing Boards und Geschäftsführer von Diaz&Hilterscheid.
Robert Treffny war ein Mitbegründer der ersten internationalen Zertifizierung für Software-Tester, ISTQB, und Geschäftsführer von ASQF und iSQI in Deutschland, wo er die Internationalisierung des Zertifizierungsprogramms leitete. Er ist heute Geschäftsführer von Knowledge Department, einer Firma für Trainings und Beratung, in Deutschland.

gasq - Global Association for Software Quality AISBL

gasq - Global Association for Software Quality ist ein in Belgien eingetragener, internationaler, gemeinnütziger Verband für Software-Qualität (AISBL). Die Gründungsmitglieder kommen aus ganz Europa, aber auch aus Amerika und Asien. gasq-Büros gibt es im Moment in Belgien, Bulgarien, Deutschland, Frankreich und Spanien.
Hauptziel ist die Förderung von Software-Qualität in Forschung, Lehre und Industrie. Er unterhält internationale Netzwerke und arbeitet an Zertifizierungsprogrammen, wie z.B. für Software-Tester oder Usability Professionals, mit. Gleichzeitig ist er Dienstleister für Gruppen und Vereinigungen, die sich mit Software-Qualität beschäftigen.
