Umfrage: CAFM-Trendstudie 2013

Erfahrungen und Entwicklungen aus Anwendersicht

Computer-Aided-Facility-Management ist die Informationstechnik, um die komplexen Prozesse des Facility Managements abzubilden. Mehr als 50 CAFM-Systeme stehen Eigentümern, Nutzern und Betreibern von Immobilien zur Verfügung. Doch was sind genau die Anforderungen und die Erwartungen an eine Software und wie entwickelt sich der Markt aus Sicht der Anwender? Diese und weitere Fragen sollen erstmals durch die CAFM-Trendstudie 2013 beantwortet werden. Die Studie soll, und das ist neu, das Anwender-Interesse an CAFM-Produkten erforschen sowie Markt- und Technologietrends identifizieren. Im Ergebnis soll sie helfen, die Leistungsfähigkeit und den Leistungsumfang von CAFM-Produkten sowie -Dienstleistungen zu verbessern. Herstellern ermöglicht sie damit, ihre CAFM-Produkte konkreter auf Kundenbedürfnisse abzustimmen.

Die Studie wird initiiert und inhaltlich begleitet vom GEFMA-Arbeitskreis CAFM und geleitet von Prof. Dr.-Ing. Joachim Hohmann. Die Durchführung erfolgt in Kooperation mit der studentischen Unternehmensberatung Junior Comtec Darmstadt, einer Hochschulgruppe der TU Darmstadt. Die Umfrage richtet sich an bestehende und potenzielle Nutzer von CAFM im deutschsprachigen Raum.

Verlost werden an die Teilnehmer drei "Pick 3 Tickets" des FM-Kongresses (26.-28. Februar 2013 in Frankfurt) und drei CAFM-Handbücher (aktuelle Auflage 2013). Die Ergebnisse werden zur FM-Messe 2013 vorgestellt (26.-28.02.2013 in Frankfurt a.M.)
