So bleiben Entwickler bei der Ansteuerung Ihrer IGBT oder SiC Modul-Lösung maximal flexibel.

Bei der 3-Stufen Gate-Treiber Lösung von Tamura (Vertrieb: GLYN) wählen sie die gewünschte Integrationstiefe - einfach, wie aus dem Baukasten:

Ausbau-Stufe 1, die DC-DC Power Supply

Für alle Entwickler, die bereits eine IGBT Lösung im Einsatz haben und auf der Suche nach einer zuverlässigen Spannungsversorgung sind.
  • Geringe Streukapazitäten (Typ 9 pF)
  • Low Profile Gehäuse (nur 12,5 mm)
  • Eingangsspannung von 13 V bis 28 V
  • Isolationsspannung von 5 kV
  • Geeignet auch für SiC Module
Ausbau-Stufe 2, das Gate-Treiber Modul

Hier handelt es sich um eine bereits fertig konzipierte Treiberlösung zum einfachen Aufstecken auf die individuell entwickelte IGBT oder SiC Modulverbindungsplatine.
  • Ansteuerung von Dual (2in1) Modulen
  • Für IGBT und SiC Module bis zu 1700 V
Ausbau-Stufe 3, die Gate-Treiber Einheit

Als Plug & Play Lösung konzipiert zum direkten Aufstecken auf das Modul. Beispielsweise ist die „Gate Driver Unit“ kompatibel zu den Mitsubishi Dual IGBT Modulen aus der T- / T1-Serie sowie weitere Hersteller mit baugleichen Gehäusevarianten.
  • Inklusive angepasster Gate Widerstände
  • Integrierte Kurzschlusserfassung
Typische Anwendungsbereiche für die Tamura Gate-Treiber Lösung sind z.B. Motorsteuerungen, Inverter, unterbrechungsfreie Stromversorgungen (USV) sowie Photovoltaik- und Windanlagen.
