GN Netcom hat sein Profi-Modell Jabra BIZ 2400 jetzt für den Einsatz mit IP-Hardphones optimiert: Zwei Hörmuscheln wie auch das Mikrofon übertragen Sprache im erweiterten Frequenzband von 150 bis 6.800 Hertz. Unterstützt die eingesetzte Telefontechnik dieses breite Frequenzband, hören sich die Gesprächspartner besser und die Lautstärke im Headset reduziert sich um bis zu 5 dB. In der Folge sprechen Mitarbeiter am Telefon leiser, Lärm- und Stresspegel sinken. Neodymium-Lautsprecher, korrosionsfreie Goldkontakte und digitale Signalprozessoren verbessern die Akustik zusätzlich. Für bestmöglichen Klang integriert das Jabra BIZ 2400 Noise-Cancelling-Technologie.
Auch das jüngste Modell der Jabra BIZ 2400-Serie hat GN Netcom konsequent auf hohe Belastbarkeit optimiert: Kevlar für die Anschlusskabel machen das Headset haltbarer, die Aufhängung der Ohrmuscheln ist mit antiallergischem Chirurgenstahl gegen Bruch verstärkt. Goldkontakte statt starr verdrahteter Mikrofonarme ermöglichen eine 360 Grad Drehung des Mikronfarmes.
Die hohe Qualität der Jabra BIZ 2400-Serie zeigt sich auch in der sehr niedrigen Rücklaufquote: Von den bislang 100.000 verkauften Headsets musste GN Netcom nur 15 Stück im Service nacharbeiten.
GN Netcom gibt auf alle Modelle der Jabra BIZ 2400-Serie eine verlängerte Garantie von drei statt zwei Jahren.
