GN Netcom hat je ein ein- und zweiohriges Modell der Jabra GN2000-Serie speziell für den Cisco IP Communicator optimiert: Dank Wideband-Modus schöpfen die Headsets die volle Bandbreite bei IP-Telefonaten aus. Auch das Mikrofon überträgt den erweiterten Frequenzbereich von 150 bis 6.800 Hertz. Dadurch hören und verstehen sich die Gesprächspartner optimal. Nachfragen werden seltener, die Stimme klingt authentischer und Telefonate werden kürzer.
Die Jabra GN2000-CIPC-Headsets bietet klaren Klang und bessere Akustik: Das geräuschunterdrückende Mikrofon blendet Hintergrundgeräusche von Großraumbüros oder lärmintensiven Büroumgebungen aus. Die PeakStop-Technologie regelt Frequenzen jenseits von 118 dB in Bruchteilen von Sekunden herunter und schützt so das Gehör des Anwenders vor plötzlich auftretenden Lärmspitzen.
Beide Modelle lassen sich direkt an die USB-Schnittstelle des PCs anschließen, Treiber werden nicht benötigt. Rufannahme- und Beendigung sowie Lautstärkeregelung erfolgen über integrierte Tasten am Headsetkabel.
