Für sein erweitertes Betätigungsfeld bringt Hohmann die besten Voraussetzungen mit. "Autos faszinieren mich seit meiner Jugend, das ist begleitet von einer Leidenschaft für den Motorsport, die mir jetzt auch in meiner täglichen Arbeit begegnet", bekennt der Marketing-Experte. Dunlop ist im Automobil-, Motorrad- und Kartsport sowohl in den Profiklassen als auch im Breitensport aktiv.
Schwerpunkt des Verantwortungsbereiches ist die DTM, die Partnerschaft jährt sich in der aktuellen Saison zum zehnten Mal. Motorsport steckt seit jeher in den Genen der Marke Dunlop, so ist das Engagement nicht nur Imagefaktor und wichtiges Marketinginstrument, sondern unterstützt die Reifenforschung und gilt als Leistungsbarometer für die technische Kompetenz.
Nach Abschluss seines Studiums an der European School of Business in Reutlingen und London im Jahre 1992 war Hohmann zunächst für Procter & Gamble tätig, wo er im Brand Management für verschiedene Konzernmarken in Deutschland, Osteuropa sowie in der Europa-Zentrale des Konzerns in der Schweiz umfangreiche Erfahrungen in der Entwicklung von Marketingkampagnen für Konsumgüter sammeln konnte. 2003 gründete Frank Hohmann die Marketing-Beratungsgesellschaft und Werbeagentur FHC Marketing mit Sitz in Frankfurt, die er bis zu seinem Eintritt in die William Wrigley Jr. Company, Chicago (USA) im Januar 2007 leitete. Bei Wrigley verantwortete Hohmann zuletzt als Managing Director Global Integrated Marketing die Leitung sämtlicher globaler Marketing- Abteilungen des weltweit agierenden Süßwarenherstellers.
