Das UKD hatte im Juni 2014 – mit einer Verzögerung von mehr als drei Jahren – das neue „Zentrum für Operative Medizin II“ eröffnet.
Im Rechtsstreit geht es um angeblich ausstehende Werklohnforderung des Gebäudeausrüsters über rund 9,7 Mio. Euro. Das UKD macht Gegenforderungen über rund 27 Mio. Euro geltend.
In einem weiteren Prozess verklagt das UKD die Firma Siemens AG, die ebenfalls im Bereich des Brandschutzes beim ZOM II tätig war.
In beiden Verfahren erwartet das Gericht eine lange Verfahrensdauer.
