Sonderinformation Arbeitsrecht: EU plant Abschaffung der A1-Bescheinigung für Dienstreisen

Erst vor wenigen Wochen haben wir über die Gesetzesänderung berichtet, aufgrund derer die elektronische Beantragung einer A1-Bescheinigung bei Entsendungen - also dem vorübergehenden Einsatz von Mitarbeitern im europäischen Ausland - für Arbeitgeber nunmehr verpflichtend ist.

Nun plant die Europäische Union bereits aktiv, das Erfordernis einer A1-Bescheinigung für Dienstreisen wieder abzuschaffen. Zugleich finden jedoch in Österreich und Frankreich verschärfte Kontrollen statt und Bußgelder werden erhoben.
