Altersgerechtes Wohnen und Dienstleistungen für ältere Mitbürgerinnen und Mitbürger liegen im Trend

Die Pflege und der Unterhalt von Immobilien und Wohnungen zählen zu den attraktiven Zukunftsgebieten von Handwerksunternehmen. Die älter werdende Gesellschaft entwickelt neue Bedürfnisse für das Wohnen und Leben und schafft damit innovative Markpotenziale und einen Ausgleich für den nachlassenden Neubaumarkt. Die Schaffung barrierefreier Wohn- und Lebenssituation trägt dazu bei, Immobilienwerte zu erhalten und persönliche Wünsche zu realisieren. Über Strategien der Auftragsbeschaffung in diesem Bereich und die notwendige Kenntnis zu Normen, gesetzlichen Grundlagen, Produkten und Dienstleistungen informiert ein monatlich angebotener Schulungstag der Handwerkskammer Mannheim Rhein-Neckar-Odenwald. Verbunden damit ist in der Folge die aktive Marketingunterstützung.
