Ausbildung: Noch freie Plätze für Nachzügler / Mehr Lehrlinge beginnen im Handwerk

Das Handwerk der Region Stuttgart hat seinen Ruf als Top-Ausbilder bekräftigt. Mit 3080 neu eingetragenen Ausbildungsverhältnissen ist Anfang September ein Bilderbuchstart ins neue Ausbildungsjahr gelungen. Das Vorjahresergebnis konnte um rund 1 Prozent gesteigert werden. Die Zusagen im Ausbildungspakt sind damit mehr als erfüllt. "Auch dieses Jahr wird es keine gravierende Lücke auf dem Ausbildungsmarkt im Handwerk der Region Stuttgart geben", sagt Bernd Stockburger, bei der Handwerkskammer für die berufliche Bildung zuständig. Selbst für Nachzügler gebe es noch gute Chancen, einen Ausbildungsplatz in einem der ausbildenden Handwerksbetriebe zu ergattern. In der Internet-Lehrstellenbörse der Kammer (www.hwk-stuttgart.de) sind noch 350 freie Lehrstellen quer durch alle Gewerke zu finden. Sie sollen bei den im Herbst anstehenden Nachvermittlungsaktionen angeboten werden.
