Kunden, die von heute auf morgen den Anbieter wechseln, Mitarbeiter auf dem Absprung - das sind Herausforderungen, denen sich Unternehmen künftig vermehrt stellen müssen. Das nächste Zukunftsforum am 30. November im Forum der Handwerkskammer Region Stuttgart macht ab 19.30 Uhr die Sprunghaftigkeit zum Thema. SWR-Moderator Peter Heilbrunner wird mit seinen Gesprächspartnern auf dem Podium über die Auswirkungen von hartem Preiskampf und sinkender Markentreue diskutieren und ausloten, ob eine starke Kundenbindung dennoch möglich ist. Der Berliner Verleger und Weiterbildungsexperte Peter Kenzelmann nimmt in der Gesprächsrunde den Standpunkt ein: "Dynamik und Sprunghaftigkeit nehmen zu. Wer da nicht mithält, bleibt schnell auf der Strecke." Rolf Storr, der 15 Jahre verantwortlich für das Inlandsgeschäft der Festo AG & Co.KG in Esslingen war, glaubt dagegen, dass "gerade in turbulenten Zeiten Kunden nach Orientierung suchen. Überzeugend gelebte Werte von kompetenten und engagierten Mitarbeitern sind auch Morgen der Erfolgsgarant." Wer hat am Ende die überzeugenderen Antworten?
