Wie Firmenchefs und Personalverantwortliche ihre Handwerksunternehmen als attraktive Arbeitgeber präsentieren können und so qualifiziertes Personal finden und halten, wird Thema der Fachkräftetagung am 10. Juli in Stuttgart sein. Die Veranstaltung der Handwerkskammer mit dem Titel "Fachkräfte finden - fördern - festhalten" wird eine Reihe praxisnaher Lösungsansätze aufzeigen, wie die vielen Chancen und Vorteile gerade von Handwerksbetrieben professionell für die Personalrekrutierung genutzt werden können. Dabei werden Fragen beantwortet, wie die richtigen Profis und Azubis gesucht und gefunden werden, wie gekonnte Mitarbeiterführung aussieht und kontinuierliche Personalqualifizierung funktioniert. Zahlreiche Tipps zum Thema "Eigen-PR" werden von Experten und Praktikern vorgestellt. Im Eröffnungsvortrag beleuchtet Dr. Stefanie Müller von der Universität des Saarlandes aus wissenschaftlicher Sicht das Thema "Was heißt Arbeitgeberattraktivität?"

Die Veranstaltung findet am 10. Juli ab 13:30 Uhr in der Handwerkskammer, Heilbronner Straße 43 in Stuttgart statt. Der Eintritt ist kostenfrei. Die Tagung wird vom Ministerium für Wirtschaft und Finanzen Baden-Württemberg unterstützt.
