Die Qualifizierung zum Management-Assistenten (HWK) an der Bildungsakademie Handwerkskammer Region Stuttgart bietet Handwerkern die Möglichkeit, im Betrieb wichtiges Bindeglied zwischen dem technischen und kaufmännischen Bereich zu werden. Start des neuen Kurses ist der 12. Januar 2009. "Als rechte Hand der Geschäftsleitung" können dann professionell Koordinations- und Organisationsaufgaben übernommen, Projekte vorbereitet und betreut sowie Angebote erstellt werden. Zwölf Monate lang wird zwei Abende pro Woche in der Bildungsakademie in Stuttgart-Weilimdorf unterrichtet. Vermittelt wird Wissen aus den Bereichen Betriebswirtschaftslehre, betriebliches Rechnungswesen, Arbeits- und Vertragsrecht sowie EDV. Hinzu kommen Bewerbungstraining, Selbstmanagement und ein Einblick in den betrieblichen Umweltschutz. Ebenso bietet der Kurs einen Einstieg in die Meisterausbildung, da er als Teil III der Meisterprüfung anerkannt wird. Der Abschluss ist eine Zugangsvoraussetzung zum staatlich anerkannten Betriebswirt des Handwerks. Erforderlich sind PC-Grundkenntnisse.
