Mehr Bußgelder gegen Schwarzarbeiter verhängt

Bau- und Ausbaubranche am stärksten betroffen

Wegen illegaler Machenschaften im Handwerk in der Region Stuttgart wurden im vergangenen Jahr mehr Bußgeldbescheide erlassen als in 2009. Mit den 48 Bescheiden wurden über 345.000 Euro an Bußgeldsumme festgelegt, sechs Betriebe mussten geschlossen werden. Ein Jahr zuvor lag die Bußgeldsumme bei 246.000 Euro. Am häufigsten betroffen waren das Bau- und Ausbaugewerbe, gefolgt vom Elektro- und Metallgewerbe. Im Bezirk der Handwerkskammer Region Stuttgart sind insgesamt 29 untere Verwaltungsbehörden für den Erlass von Bußgeldbescheiden und Betriebsschließungen zuständig. Häufigste Vergehen waren Verstöße gegen die Handwerksordnung und das Gesetz zur Bekämpfung der Schwarzarbeit.
