"Wie viel ist mein Betrieb wert?"

Infoveranstaltung zur Betriebsnachfolge und Unternehmensbewertung am 26. März 2015

Spätestens wenn die Übergabe der Firma ansteht, muss sich jeder Unternehmer mit der Frage beschäftigen, was der Betrieb tatsächlich wert ist. Aber auch bei anderen Anlässen ist eine Betriebsbewertung notwendig. Die Handwerkskammer Region Stuttgart bietet am 26. März 2015 gemeinsam mit dem Ministerium für Finanzen und Wirtschaft Baden-Württemberg, der Kreishandwerkerschaft Esslingen sowie dem Nachfolgebündnis im Landkreis Esslingen eine Informationsveranstaltung an. Im Fokus stehen die verschiedenen Bewertungsverfahren, ihre spezifische Eignung und die Akzeptanz bei Banken und Käufern. Bewertungsexperte Bernd Juhl aus Neu-Ulm, der technische Berater der Handwerkskammer Thomas Brommer und Harald Kimmerle von der Bürgschaftsbank Baden-Württemberg erklären Grundlegendes zur Betriebsbewertung und zeigen auf, wie Grundstück, Immobilie, Maschinen und Inventar eingeschätzt werden. Die Veranstaltung "Wie viel ist mein Betrieb wert?" findet am 26. März 2015 ab 16:30 Uhr im Forum der Handwerkskammer Region Stuttgart, Heilbronner Straße 43, 70191 Stuttgart statt. Der Besuch ist kostenlos.
