Frau Derksen ist seit Januar 1990 als Montagemitarbeiterin in der Handmontage Han tätig.

Ihren Einstieg in das Familienunternehmen fand Frau Derksen im Juni 1989 als Montagemitarbeiterin in der Isolierkörpermontage Han.
