A further highlight is the HARTING Smart Factory, the HAII4YOU Factory. It is currently being modified but in just under three months it will be at the world's biggest trade fair to allow people to experience Industrie 4.0 once again. HARTING is positioning itself as a trailblazer for technological evolution and as a competent supplier of components, applications and systems. "Industrie 4.0 is a topic that has really picked up speed in two years. It is going to change processes, business models and business sectors all over the world on the basis of advancing digitalisation. We offer customers tailored solutions and support them in this way," Philip Harting continues.
In keeping with this year's Hannover Messe motto "Integrated Industry - Discover Solutions”, he invites all customers and visitors to the trade fair to discover the new solutions and products at the HARTING stand (Hall 11, Stand C 13). There will also be much to discover with the futuristic "Etos" concept car, which will be on display at the HARTING stand. The “Etos” is manufactured by the Swiss automaker Rinspeed and will be equipped with the HARTING IIC MICA for independent emission and condition monitoring. This digital innovation consequently ensures a clean environment.
The intelligent MICA industrial minicomputer from industrial connectivity specialist HARTING illustrates how drive and motor data can be continually acquired and communicated, and then evaluated and prepared by an independent and neutral body (Dekra) in accordance with an agreement previously reached by the customer and contractual partner. "Taking the ‘Etos’ as an example, we are showing how versatile and actually ‘colourful’ our HARTING MICA is, and how broad its range of applications is," Philip Harting concludes.
