Anerkannter Fortbildungslehrgang für Abfallbeauftragte auch online anerkannt

Mindestens alle zwei Jahre muss ein bestellter Abfallbeauftragter einen anerkannten Lehrgang zur Auffrischung seiner Fachkunde besuchen.

Laut Anlage 1 zu § 9 der AbfBeauftrV sollen in diesem Kurs, Kenntnisse des Abfallrechts und der Abfalltechnik (u. a. Recht, Arbeitsschutz, Haftung, Entsorgung) sowie Kenntnisse über die Position des Abfallbeauftragten (Rechte, Pflichten, Bestellung) behandelt werden.
