Weiterbildung Eisenbahnverkehr im Haus der Technik

Zwei Seminare zu diesen Themen finden am 18.-19.November 2010 im Haus der Technik Berlin statt.

In dem Praxis-Seminar "Aktuelle Fragen des Bau- und Planerrechts im Bahnbau" am 18. November 2010 erhalten die Teilnehmer einen Überblick über alles Wissenswerte zur Bauüberwachung und zu den wesentlichen Änderungen der Verwaltungsvorschriften über die Bauaufsicht im Bahnbau.

Das Seminar "Das neue Vergaberecht im Bahnbau" am 19. November 2010 wendet sich an Praktiker, die im Bahnbau oder in den sonstigen schienengebundenen Verkehrsbereichen mit Ausschreibungen befasst sind. Die aktuelle Rechtslage zur Durchführung von Vergabeverfahren nach den VOB/A und der VOL/A im Bahnbau wird für den Praktiker verständlich aufgezeigt. Besonderes Augenmerk wird auf die Reform des Vergaberechts 2009 sowie auf die anstehende VOL/A-Novelle gelegt.
