Dünnschicht-Solarzellen stellen eine attraktive Alternative zu konventionellen Silizium-Solarzellen dar, da sie schnell und kostengünstig herzustellen sind und eine immense Materialeinsparung ermöglichen. Die Entwicklung und Optimierung großtechnischer Produktionsprozesse setzen jedoch genaue Kenntnisse der Vorgänge im Material sowie ein grundlegendes Verständnis des Zusammenhangs zwischen Prozessparametern und Materialeigenschaften voraus. ?
