EG-Maschinenrichtlinie: der CE-Dokumentations-Bevollmächtigte

Die Forderung nach dem Erstellen von Technischen Dokumenten gibt es seit der "ersten" Maschinenrichtlinie.

Andere gesetzliche Forderungen nach Unterlagen und Dokumenten zum Nachweis von getroffenen Maßnahmen reichen noch länger in der Historie zurück. Durch Technische Unterlagen den Erfüllungsgrad gesetzlicher Anforderungen zu dokumentieren ist keine neue "Erfindung" der aktuellen Maschinenrichtlinie.

Neu ist die Forderung, eine Person zu benennen, welche für das Zusammenstellen und damit in gewisser Weise auch für die Vollständigkeit verantwortlich ist - eben die Person, die bevollmächtigt ist, die Technischen Unterlagen zusammen zustellen.

Welchen Umfang haben nun die Aufgaben dieser Person im Sinne der Maschinenrichtlinie? Welche Kompetenzen sollte diese Person haben? Diese und weitere Fragen soll das Seminar am 08.11.2012 im Haus der Technik in Essen erörtern.
