Gewässerschutzbeauftragter nach §64- §66 des WHG

Unternehmen mit einer Abwassereinleitung >750 m3/d sind nach dem deutschen Wasserhaushaltsgesetz (WHG) verpflichtet, einen Gewässerschutzbeauftragten zu stellen. Dieser berät den Gewässernutzer und die Betriebsangehörigen in Angelegenheiten, die für den Gewässerschutz bedeutsam sein können. Seine Rechte und Pflichten sind in §§ 64 bis 66 WHG bestimmt. Zusätzlich kann die zuständige Behörde im Einzelfall die im WHG genannten Aufgaben konkretisieren, erweitern oder einschränken.

Als Gewässerschutzbeauftragter darf nur bestellt werden, wer die zur Erfüllung seiner Aufgaben erforderliche Fachkunde und Zuverlässigkeit besitzt. Die Fachkunde kann mit der Teilnahme an unserem Grundlehrgang erworben werden - eine entsprechende Bescheinigung zur Vorlage bei den zuständigen Behörden wird jedem Teilnehmer ausgehändigt.
