HDT-Seminar am 11.-12. Juni 2015 in Essen erklärt die Grundlagen zur Aufbereitung und Formulierung von Produkten in Pharmazie und Lebensmitteltechnik

Das HDT in Essen führt erstmals das Seminar "Grundlagen der Mechanischen Verfahrenstechnik für Pharmazeuten und Lebensmitteltechniker" durch.

Die Grundoperationen der Mechanischen Verfahrenstechnik spielen eine bedeutende Rolle bei der Aufbereitung und Formulierung von Produkten in Pharmazie und Lebensmitteltechnik. Zur optimalen Gestaltung und Kontrolle dieser Prozesse ist ein Grundverständnis unbedingt erforderlich.

Als wesentliche Grundoperationen in den praktischen Anwendungen des Pharmazeuten und Lebensmitteltechnikers werden das Feststoffmischen, Zerkleinern und die trocken-mechanischen Trennverfahren (Windsichten und Sieben) näher betrachtet. Im Rahmen des Seminars wird ein Grundverständnis für die Prozesse dem Zuhörer vermittelt. Die Teilnehmer werden in die Lage versetzt, produkt- und prozessspezifische Anforderungen zu formulieren sowie Maschinen und Apparate für die Prozessführung auszuwählen. Sie lernen Beurteilungsmaße für die genannten Prozesse kennen und können diese anwenden.

Das HDT-Seminar findet am 11.-12. Juni 2015 in Essen statt. Es wird geleitet von Prof. Dr.-Ing. Ralf Habermann, SWK-Energiezentrum E2 der Hochschule Niederrhein, Krefeld
