HOAI 2009 - Weiterbildung im Haus der Technik

Was sich ab 2009 geändert hat und wie es berechnet wird

Die 6. Novelle ist von der Bundesregierung beschlossen; der Bundesrat hat am 12.06.2009 zugestimmt. Die Änderungen des Preisrechts haben erhebliche rechtlich wirtschaftliche Auswirkungen, deren Kenntnis für beide Vertragsparteien wichtig ist. Durch die Herausnahme von bisher dem Preisrecht unterworfenen Regelungen wird neuer Verhandlungsbedarf und damit Preiswettbewerb geschaffen. Sie ist am 18.08.2009 in Kraft getreten und gilt für Verträge, die am 18.08.2009 oder später abgeschlossen werden. Deshalb ist Kenntnis der wesentlichen Änderungen und neuen Vereinbarungsmöglichkeiten unbedingt notwendig.

Das Seminar "HOAI 2009 - Up to date!" geleitet von Herrn RA W. Osenbrück, RA'e Osenbrück, Bubert & Kirsten, Köln, bietet Ihnen am 28.September 2010 in Berlin die neuesten Informationen über die neuen Regelungen und wie Sie diese in Ihrem Berufsalltag umsetzen.

Das Seminar "HOAI für Einsteiger aus kaufmännischen und technischen Bereichen"geleitet von Herrn RA W. Osenbrück, am 06. Dezember 2010 in Berlin und am 08. November 2010 in Essen berücksichtigt ebenfalls die Aktualisierung gemäß HOAI 2009.

Das 1927 in Essen gegründete Weiterbildungsinstitut Haus der Technik ist heute das älteste und eines der führenden unabhängigen Weiterbildungsinstitute für Fach- und Führungskräfte in Deutschland.
