Für Bereichsleiter für Forschung & Entwicklung, Technik & Produktion, Vertrieb, Marketing & Service, Projektleiter von Innovations- und Kundenteams, Coachs, Organisatoren und Berater präsentiert Haus der Technik eine interessante Seminarreihe im Herbst 2010 in Berlin.

Um am Markt die eigene "Innovation" zu etablieren, sind viele praktische Ideen zu generieren, entwickeln, produzieren, vermarkten. Für konkrete Innovationen sind immer neue Ideen und Partnerschaften notwendig.

Im Workshop "Neuer Leitfaden und Methoden zur Kreativität im Produktentwicklungsprozess" am 20.-21. September 2010 besprechen wir förderliche und hinderliche Einstellungen und Verhaltensweisen.

Im Workshop "Performance und organisationale Kompetenz des Innovationsmanagements" am 25.-26. Oktober 2010 erfahren die Teilnehmer welche Voraussetzung Ihr Innovationsmanagementsystem schon erfüllt und welche ergänzenden Maßnahmen wirkungsvoll sind, um die Performance und organisationale Kompetenz Ihres Innovationsmanagementsystems zu steigern. Sie bearbeiten ihre wichtigen förderlichen Maßnahmen zur Umsetzung und erproben ihren Lern- und Anwendertransfer für Ihr Innovationsmanagement.

Das 1927 in Essen gegründete Weiterbildungsinstitut Haus der Technik ist heute das älteste und eines der führenden unabhängigen Weiterbildungsinstitute für Fach- und Führungskräfte in Deutschland.
