Lasermarkierung: Haus der Technik bietet Seminar "Lasermarkieren von Kunststoffen" an

Die modernste Technologie zur Kunststoffbeschriftung ist das Lasermarkieren, das zunehmend die konventionellen Verfahren verdrängt - insbesondere aufgrund von Fälschungssicherheit und maximaler Beständigkeit. Die Vor- und Nachteile des Lasermarkierens, Eigenschaften der unterschiedlichen Laserwellenlängen und die Materialoptimierung durch Additivierung werden im Seminar "Lasermarkieren von Kunststoffen" betrachtet. Die bei Kunststoffen meistens verwendete direkte Lasermarkierung mit 1064 nm wird dabei besonders intensiv behandelt. Aufgrund der Komplexität dieser Technik ist zur optimalen Anwendung ein fundiertes Fachwissen notwendig, insbesondere bei neuen Markierungsprojekten.

Grund genug für das Haus der Technik, am 6. März 2013 in Essen eine Fachveranstaltung "Lasermarkieren von Kunststoffen" anzubieten.

Dabei lernen die Teilnehmer alle derzeitigen Möglichkeiten der Lasermarkierung von Kunststoffen kennen. Sowohl die Auswahl der Wellenlänge des Markierungslasers als auch die Möglichkeiten der Materialoptimierung durch Laseradditive werden behandelt. Als Seminarleiter konnte Herr Dipl.-Chem. Paul Englert von der Gabriel-Chemie Deutschland GmbH in Weitnau gewonnen werden. Es werden Tipps und Tricks beim direkten Lasermarkieren gegeben.
