Die 4-tägige Seminar-Reihe „Projektmanagement Automotive“ ist speziell auf die komplexen Anforderungen in der Automobil- und Zulieferindustrie ausgerichtet. Die Teilnehmer dieser Seminar-Reihe erlernen und vertiefen den gesamten Spannungsbogen des Projektmanagementwissens kompakt und effektiv für eine direkte und erfolgreiche Umsetzung in die Praxis.

Die Seminar-Reihe vermittelt die wichtigen Grundlagen eines fundierten und professionellen Projektmanagements sowie das methodische Rüstzeug für eine direkte Umsetzung und einen erfolgreichen Einsatz in der Praxis. Dabei wird auf die Einhaltung vorgegebener Randbedingungen (Termine, Kosten, Ressourcen) sowie Spezifikationen genau geachtet. Die Teilnehmer bekommen bewährte Hilfsmittel zum Umgang mit Stolpersteinen an die Hand. Sie lernen aus erprobten Anwendungen und langjährigen Praxis Erfahrungen. Durch konkrete Beispiele gewinnen die Teilnehmer die notwendige Kompetenz und Souveränität für eine erfolgreiche Durchführung ihrer Projekte.

Wir erwarten Projektleiter, Projektmanagement- und Projektsteuerungs-Beauftragte, Projektteammitarbeiter, Ingenieure, Techniker, Kaufleute aus allen Bereichen der Automobil- und Zulieferindustrie.
