Antimikrobielle Ausstattung von Oberflächen im öffentlichen, medizinischen und industriellen Bereich - Überblick von Technologien und Testverfahren mit Praxisbeispielen am 14. Mai 2013 in München

Im Seminar 'Antimikrobielle Ausstattung von Oberflächen' betrachtet einleitend die Grundlagen von Keimen, Bakterien, Viren, Pilzen und Algen sowie die daraus resultierenden Gefahren. Es wird das Spektrum der am Markt verfügbaren Technologien zur antimikrobiellen Ausstattung von Oberflächen wird in Bezug auf Wirksamkeit (Stärke und Dauer), Aktivitätspektrum, Einsatzbereiche, Kosten sowie Auswirkungen auf Mensch und Umwelt dargestellt. Wirkstoffe und Produkte auf Basis von (Nano)Silber, organischen Bioziden, Kupfer, TiO2 mit UV-Licht, antimikrobiellen Polymeren, ZnO, Chitosan, quartären Ammoniumverbindungen und sauren Oberflächen werden verglichen. Es wird auch die neue, revolutionäre Säuretechnologie zur antimikrobiellen Ausstattung von Oberflächen präsentiert. Sie wirkt über einen langen Zeitraum und ist damit dem Stand der Technik überlegen.

Verfahren und Möglichkeiten zur antimikrobiellen Ausstattung von neuen Produkten sowie auch zur Nachrüstung bestehender Anlagen und Geräten sowie die anwendbaren Prüfverfahren werden vorgestellt.
