Störungen am Bau sind selten auszuschließen. Welche Auswirkungen haben sie für Auftraggeber und -nehmer? Wie sollte darauf reagiert werden? Welche Formalitäten sind einzuhalten??In der Seminarreihe von März bis Juni 2011 im Haus der Technik Berlin widmet sich Frau Dr. Jost ausführlich folgenden speziellen Themen:

Dabei werden die Fragestellungen aus der Sicht beider Vertragspartner - Auftraggeber wie Auftragnehmer - betrachtet. Neben Checklisten und Übersichten wird durch Beispiele aus der Praxis sowie durch aktuelle Rechtsurteile das Seminar praxisnah gestaltet.

Eingeladen sind öffentliche und private Auftraggeber, Bauunternehmer, Architekten, Ingenieure, Bauüberwacher, Bauleiter, Projektverantwortliche, kaufmännische Mitarbeiter von Planungsbüros und Baubetrieben sowie alle am Bau beteiligten.
