Um erfolgreich zu sein benötigt man Kraft, Stabilität und Ausgewogenheit, immer wieder verfügbare Ressourcen. Der alltägliche Stress bedingt durch hohe Anforderungen und Belastungen lässt sich nicht vermeiden, greift die Energiequellen an, kann Würze des Lebens aber auch gefährliche Zivilisationserscheinung sein. Es gibt effektive Gegenmittel - Stressausgleich durch Entspannung und Bewegung verringert Zellschädigungen und baut Stresssymptome ab.
