Kombinierte Fortbildung für Umweltbeauftragte am Bodensee

Umweltbeauftragte müssen stets über die aktuellen Rechtsvorschriften des Umweltrechts informiert sein und den Stand der Anlagen- und Verfahrenstechnik kennen. Das erfordert die umfassende Verantwortung ihres Aufgabenbereiches. Insbesondere für Mehrfachbeauftragte ist es ein Problem, hier immer auf dem Laufenden zu bleiben.

Dazu fordert der Gesetzgeber in § 9 der 5. BImSchV, dass die Beauftragten regelmäßig, mindestens alle zwei Jahre, an Fortbildungsmaßnahmen teilnehmen, wofür der Anlagenbetreiber Sorge zu tragen hat. Wenn Mehrfachbeauftragte dieser Fortbildungsverpflichtung mit der Teilnahme an Einzelmaßnahmen nachkommen, ist schnell eine ganze Woche verbracht - ohne Reisetage.

Daher bietet das Haus der Technik am 08. bis 10. Juli 2009 in Lindau/Bodensee jetzt schon zum dritten Mal einen kombinierten Intensiv-Fortbildungslehrgang an, der durch die Auswahl der Referenten ein "Update" auf hohem Niveau gewährleistet. Immissionschutz- und Störfallbeauftragte, Gewässerschutz- und Abfallbeauftragte können sich hier fortbilden. Einzelbuchungen sind ebenfalls möglich.
