Wasserdichte Projektverträge im Offshore-Windgeschäft

Im Projektgeschäft mit Offshore-Windanlagen sind nicht nur zahlreiche anspruchsvolle technische Aufgaben zu lösen. Die entscheidenden Weichen für einen erfolgreichen Projektverlauf werden oft bereits vor Projektbeginn und vor der ersten Vertragsverhandlung gestellt. Im Offshore-Geschäft mit Windenergieanlagen werden regelmäßig ganz oder überwiegend zwischen den Parteien ausgehandelte werkvertragliche Projektverträge geschlossen. In diesen Verträgen können die typischen Risiken und eine angemessene Risikoverteilung ausführlich und konkret behandelt werden. Umso wichtiger ist es, die Risiken zu kennen: von der Abgrenzung Werkvertrag-Kaufvertrag über Gewährleistungs- und Haftungsfragen bis zu Fragen der Rechtswahl bei internationalen und grenzübergreifenden Projekten.

Das Haus-der-Technik-Seminar "Projektverträge im Offshore-Windbereich" am 22. Juni 2011 in Hamburg beleuchtet die Risiken und Fallstricke im Vertragsrecht und gibt Anregungen für die Verhandlungsführung. Das Seminar unter der Leitung von Dr. Christian Kessel, Partner in der Kanzlei Bird&Bird, wendet sich an alle Projektleiter sowie Fach- und Führungskräfte aller Branchen, die im Offshore-Bereich tätig sind.
