Weiterbildungspflicht für Immissionsschutz- und Störfallbeauftragte

Immissionsschutz- und Störfallbeauftragte sind im Sinne des § 9 (1) und (2) der 5. BImSchV verpflichtet regelmäßig, mindestens alle zwei Jahre, an Fortbildungsmaßnahmen teilzunehmen. Zur Fortbildung ist auch die Teilnahme an Lehrgängen im Sinne des § 7 Nr. 2 erforderlich. Die Fortbildungsmaßnahmen müssen auf Verlangen der Behörden nachgewiesen werden.                                  

Mit unserer bundesweit staatlich anerkannten Fortbildung für Immissionsschutz- und Störfallbeauftragte im Sinne der 5. BImSchV, IMMISSIONSSCHUTZ – NEUE RECHTLICHE UND TECHNISCHE ENTWICKLUNGEN, bieten wir Ihnen diese geforderte Fortbildung an.

Das Seminar bietet zudem die Möglichkeit zu einem Erfahrungsaustausch zu aktuellen Fragen und der Umsetzung des Immissionsschutzrechtes.
