Dem ROTO CLASSIC® liegt die bewährte HAVER-Technologie, z. B. das Senkrechtturbinensystem sowie das elektronische Waagensystem, als Standard zugrunde. Neu ist ein großes Maß an Flexibilität und Sicherheit, das sich durch den modularen Aufbau des Packers ergibt. Ein jedes Füllmodell ist für sich eine fast vollfunktionsfähige Einstutzenmaschine, optional sind verschiedene bedarfsoptimierte Ausstattungsmöglichkeiten ergänzbar. Beim Ausbau eines Modules - z. B. für Wartungszwecke - kann der Packbetrieb mit den restlichen Modulen problemlos laufen.
Kompakt und wartungsfreundlich zeigt sich die neue Packmaschine. Mit nur wenigen Handgriffen sind Hauptverschleißteile einfach und schnell zu wechseln. Bei manchen Wartungsarbeiten kann die dafür benötigte Zeit erheblich reduziert werden, zum Beispiel beim Wechsel der Belüftungsdüsen um 70 %. Die kompakte Bauform reduziert generell den Anspruch an die Platzverhältnisse.
Der ROTO CLASSIC® ist ausgesprochen bedienungsfreundlich. Die Bedienelemente, wie beispielsweise die Feindrosselblöcke und Schaltelement, sind direkt und leicht zugänglich. Ihre Anordnung befindet sich auf Augenhöhe im Blickfeld des Bedienpersonals. Das aufgeräumte Erscheinungsbild erleichtert die Orientierung und trägt zum besseren Verständnis bei.
Neben hohen Füllleistungen von über 5.000 Säcken pro Stunde gewährleistet die HAVER-Technik einen sauberen Packbetrieb - auch ohne Verschlusstechnik. Geringere Staubbelastungen und minimaler Energieverbrauch sind weitere Vorteile des ROTO CLASSICs. Gegenüber konventionellen Systemen wird je nach Anlagenaufbau ca. 10 bis 15 % weniger Energie benötigt.
