The logistics software company Heidler Strichcode is pleased to be part of LogiMAT 2025 again this year, which will take place from March 11 to 13.
HEIDLER Strichcode will be presenting the latest developments in its shipping logistics software and hardware in Hall 4 at Stand 4F04.
The focus this year is on the HSC web app - the central platform for all Heidler solutions, modern and clearly arranged in a single cloud interface. With its simple design and userfriendly operation, it makes controlling and monitoring logistics processes easier than ever before. Even in its first iteration, the browser-based application offers advanced functions that provide valuable insights and full control over your logistics processes. Highlights include the display of shipment data, the status history of deliveries, the identification of deviations in freight cost invoices and much more. The HSC web app is the next step towards efficient, transparent and future-proof logistics!
Bigger is better - another highlight is the new palletcube and cartoncube volume measurement systems, both of which will be available in a new XL version in future.
The “palletcube”, which has already been awarded “Best Product” in the “Software, Communication, IT” category by a renowned jury at LogiMAT, has undergone extensive further development.
The “cartoncube”, which was specially developed for volume and weight measurement of cartons at the packing station, also impresses with its seamless connection to shipping systems or ERP/WMS systems.
The new XL versions of both systems offer a number of innovative improvements:
• Detection of larger dimensions of bulky goods parcels and special pallets up to 300×200×300 cm (LWH)
• Even more precise measurement results thanks to the latest sensor technology, which can be used more flexibly in the warehouse thanks to an optimized design
• Simplified operability and increased user-friendliness thanks to direct app connection
• Additional interfaces for seamless integration into your IT infrastructure
Visitors to the trade fair can experience live how the core product, the HVS shipping software, automates shipping processes and integrates seamlessly into existing systems. It also facilitates the manual handling of special processes.
New software bundles enable optimized operational logistics processing. The relevant providers can be selected from the portfolio of over 350 freight carriers. If the service provider is changed, the new provider is activated without any problems and without the need for additional licenses.
If a desired carrier is not yet available, it can also be developed on request, as the portfolio is constantly expanding. Interface plug-ins for many providers already exist for direct integration into the upstream system (ERP/WMS).
The integrated price-based shipping rules enable savings to be made on freight costs. The tracking solution provides a continuous overview of all shipments, while the automated freight revision with transit time control detects incorrect invoices.
The HEIDLER Freight Cost Management System (HFMS) is one of the additional products presented at the trade fair, with which customers of the Baden-Württemberg software company can increase their competitiveness through more efficient and transparent logistics processes. This system supports all freight invoicing processes and enables the detection of shortfalls and a reduction in costs through automated monitoring of freight costs. With the integrated freight cost manager, customers can also save at least 12% on freight costs per year.
In order to offer a comprehensive solution, HEIDLER Strichcode also sells the corresponding hardware and consumables for the HVS32.
