Zusätzlich sollen Versicherte dazu bewegt werden, Basisdaten über eine App selbst einzugeben, unter anderem Alter, Größe, Gewicht.
Ähnliches kommt auf Autofahrer zu. In Italien hat Generali bereits knapp eine Million Autos mit Blackboxes ausgestattet, die per GPS und Mobilfunk die Fahrleistung protokollieren. 2016 sollen die Geräte auch für Deutschland verfügbar sein. Versicherte, die aus Datenschutzbedenken nicht teilnehmen, werde man jedoch „nicht bestrafen“, so Liverani. „Aber Sie verlieren die Möglichkeit, belohnt zu werden. Es geht nicht darum, die Prämien zu senken, sondern Sie korrekter zu bemessen.“
