Zu einem erfolgreichen Projektvorhaben zählen realistische Termin- bzw. Kostenvorgaben sowie Offenheit in der Kommunikation und regelmäßiger Informationsaustausch. Darüber hinaus ist die sorgfältige Planung der Teamzusammenstellung unabdingbar.
Dabei ist eine sinnvolle Aufteilung von Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten, die sich an persönlichen Stärken der Mitglieder orientiert, das A und O für die Arbeitsfähigkeit der Gruppe.
