Die "Misa Criolla" (Kreolische Messe) ist eine Messe des argentinischen Komponisten Ariel Ramirez für zwei Solo-Tenöre, gemischten Chor, Schlagzeug, Klavier und traditionelle Instrumente der Anden-Region. Ramirez komponierte die Messe in den Jahren 1963 bis 1964. Sie wird zusammen mit der "Navidad Nuestra" als seine bekannteste Komposition gesehen und gilt aufgrund ihrer Bekanntheit weit über die Grenzen Südamerikas hinaus als bedeutendstes Werk argeninischer Sakralmusik. In Lateinamerika ist sie eines der populärsten Werke christlicher Musik, die auch bei Laienchören sehr beliebt ist. Sie gilt als Beispiel für die Inkulturation des Christentums in Südamerika.
Die "Chichester Psalms" sind ein dreiteiliges Chorwerk des amerikanischen Komponisten Leonard Bernstein auf der Grundlage hebräischer Psalmentexte. Bernstein komponierte das Werk 1965 für die Kathredale von Chichester, wo es beim Southern Cathedrals Festival erstmals aufgeführt wurde. Den Text stellte der Komponist aus verschiedenen Psalmen zusammen.
