Im aktuellen Hohenlohe Plus Podcast kommt Boris Rommel zu Wort. Er startete seine Karriere mit einer Koch-Ausbildung im Restaurant Erbprinz des 5-Sterne Superior Hotels Erbprinz in Ettlingen. Es folgten weitere lehrreiche Jahre bei hochdekorierten Küchenchefs in namhaften Häusern. Bereits 2011 bis 2012 führte ihn sein Weg nach Zweiflingen-Friedrichsruhe und schon damals setzte er als Sous-Chef wichtige Akzente. Seit 2016 ist er als Küchenchef wieder zurück im renommierten Wald- und Schlosshotel Friedrichsruhe und kocht zusammen mit seinem Team phantastische Gourmet-Menüs.

Hohenlohe Plus fragt: - warum man beim Kochen Mut zum Würzen braucht, welche Lebensmittel Herr Rommel aus der Region Hohenlohe besonders schätzt und wie schwer es ist einen Michelin-Stern für ein Restaurant zu erkochen.
