Katsushi Inoue ist neuer Präsident

Personalveränderung bei der Honda Deutschland GmbH

Die Honda Deutschland GmbH hat einen neuen Präsidenten: Seit 1. April führt Katsushi Inoue die Geschicke des traditionsreichen Unternehmens. Nach Abschluss des Wirtschaftsstudiums an der Yokohama National University begann Inoue 1986 im Motorradvertrieb seine Karriere bei Honda. Nach verschiedenen Positionen in Japan, Malaysia und Thailand, wo er von 2004 bis 2009 als General Manager den Automobilvertrieb verantwortete, kam Inoue 2009 nach Europa. Zunächst war er als General Manager für Honda Motor Europe in Großbritannien und dann als Präsident von Honda Polen tätig. In Deutschland tritt der 48-Jährige die Nachfolge von Yuishi Fukuda an, der zu Asian Honda Motor wechselt. Einen klaren Fokus will Inoue auf die Stärkung der Vertriebsaktivitäten aller Geschäftsbereiche legen: "Es gilt, die Marke Honda in Deutschland wieder zu ihrer alten Stärke zurück zu führen."
