Das MX410-Modul hat vier individuell konfigurierbare Eingänge, die galvanisch getrennt sind und jeweils über einen analogen Ausgang verfügen. Die Digitalisierung erfolgt mit einer hohen Auflösung von 24 Bit. Eine Abtastrate bis zu 96 kHz/Kanal ermöglicht die Erfassung auch sehr dynamischer Größen mit hoher Messqualität. Der MX410 eignet sich für DMS-Aufnehmer in Halb- oder Vollbrückenschaltung, induktive Halb- oder Vollbrücken, stromgespeiste piezo-elektrische Sensoren (IEPE) sowie analoge Spannungssignale (± 10 V). Für die PC-Kommunikation steht eine Ethernet TCP/IP Schnittstelle zur Verfügung.
Das MX410-Modul unterstützt die neue APM-Technologie (Advanced Plug & Measure) von HBM, die es ermöglicht, dass entsprechende Aufnehmer automatisch vom Messverstärker erkannt werden. Die automatische Konfiguration des Verstärkers führt zu einer erheblichen Zeit- und Kostenersparnis auch bei komplexen Messanwendungen. Die QuantumX-Module können je nach Anforderungen der Anwendung einzeln eingesetzt oder auch zu größeren Systemen kombiniert werden.
Ein typisches Anwendungsbeispiel der neuen Messverstärker findet sich in der Prüfstandstechnik bei der kurbelwellen-synchronen Erfassung hochdynamischer Kraftänderungen an Einspritzventilen. Das QuantumX-Messsystem eignet sich auch für Anwendungen in dynamischen Funktions- und Leistungsprüfständen, bei mechanischen Lebensdauerprüfungen, bei Temperaturtests, Langzeitüberwachungen im Feld oder einfach nur als kompaktes industrielles Messgerät im Labor.
