Das Meldewesen zeigt, dass die Digitalisierung zwischen den Behörden funktioniert. Anders sieht es bei Online-Bürgerdiensten aus, denn es fehlt die Grundvoraussetzung dafür: eine sichere und einfach nutzbare digitale Identität. Diese festzustellen, ist eine Aufgabe der Meldebehörden und eine noch zu lösende Aufgabe der Politik.
