Die gesetzliche Neuregelung wird nach Ablauf der bisher gültigen Nichtbeanstandungsregelung für die Geschäftsjahre, die nach dem 31. Dezember 2012 beginnen, verbindlich.

Somit ist nach Einkommenssteuergesetz die Abgabe der Jahresabschlussdaten in elektronischer Form verbindlich.

hsp Handels-Software-Partner GmbH erfüllt die gesetzlichen Anforderungen der E-Bilanz mit ihrer dafür eigens entwickelten Softwarelösung Opti.Tax. Erfolgreich in die adata-Finanzbuchhaltung integriert, bietet die adata Software GmbH nun eine leistungsstarke Komplettlösung für den Bereich Finanzbuchhaltung an.
Die Datenübermittlung an das Finanzamt erfolgt per XBRL-Format.
