Its environment fosters continuous learning, information exchange, technological advancement, and shared best practices. By promoting connection, comradery, education, and knowledge-sharing among independent flexographic prepress trade shops and their suppliers, the FPPA foster member growth and the highest of standards within the industry.

As a Board Member, Agness’s responsibilities include:
- Aligning association activities with the purpose and core values of the FPPA
- Promoting the FPPA and attracting new members where possible
- Attending regular Board of Director meetings, and an annual strategy session at headquarters to establish goals and action items for the coming year
- Supporting the annual conference and fall workshop
- Selecting the location of the annual conference and developing its agenda
- If viable, participating as a judge of the Annual Excellence in Flexo Award program.
