Horst Ziegler neuer Aufsichtsrat bei XEPTUM Consulting AG

Am 27. Juni 2006 wurde von der Hauptversammlung der XEPTUM Consulting AG, Neckarsulm, der Aufsichtsrat neu gewählt. Als Aufsichtsratsvorsitzender wurde Helmut Steeb, Gründer der Firma Steeb Anwendungssysteme GmbH bestellt, als sein Stellvertreter Rechtsanwalt Stephan Hettler. Als drittes Mitglied des Aufsichtsrats wurde Horst Ziegler, Gründer und Gesellschafter der zetVisions AG gewählt.

Horst Ziegler, auch Gründer und CEO der HLZ Beteiligungs-GmbH, plant neben dem Aufsichtsratsmandat in Abstimmung mit den Gesellschaftern des Unternehmens eine finanzielle Beteiligung am Unternehmen für die weitere Expansion und den Ausbau der Produktpalette.
