Neue Managementseminare: Teamentwicklung als Führungsaufgabe & Führen mit Zielen

Die neuen Seminare zum Thema Führung der IBB AG machen verantwortliche Führungskräfte im hektischen Führungsalltag blitzschnell handlungsfähig, klar in ihrem Rollenverhalten und sicher für Ihre Kernaufgaben: professionelle Teamentwicklung und Führung von Mitarbeitern. Seminarziele sind die Entwicklung eines klaren Führungsmodells sowie ein ganzheitliches Verständnis über „Teambuilding“ und des zugehörigen Methodenkanons.

Die Führungs- und Nachwuchsführungskräfte entwickeln Qualitäten, um als Bindeglieder zwischen Unternehmensleitung und Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern zu wirken. Sie steigern Ihre Fähigkeit, die Rolle des integrativen Teamleaders zu erkennen und situativ anzuwenden. Erfolgreiche Teamführung ist immer ein Prozess. Genau diesen Prozess, der mit der Zieldefinition beginnt und über verschiedene Phasen mit der Realisierung dieser Ziele endet, identifizieren und entschlüsseln die Seminarteilnehmer in den neuen Kursangeboten der IBB AG. Das nötige Handwerkszeug für die Moderation und Steuerung erfolgreicher Teams bekommen die Seminarteilnehmer gleich mit.
