Andere Länder, andere Sitten – das trifft auch auf das Berufsleben in international agierenden Unternehmen zu. Um in der Arbeitswelt erfolgreich bestehen zu können, ist das Verständnis anderer Kulturen und Sprachen von Vorteil. Das Institut für Berufliche Bildung (IBB AG) bietet im Juni Seminare zur Förderung der interkulturellen Handlungskompetenzen von Fach- und Führungskräften an. Die verbale und nonverbale Kommunikation werden gefördert und interkulturelle Kommunikationsstile vermittelt, so dass ein professioneller Umgang mit Menschen anderer Kulturen ermöglicht wird. Dieser basiert auf erprobten Methoden und Verhaltensweisen.

Englisch ist mittlerweile die wichtigste Businesssprache. Mit einer professionellen Ausdrucksweise in Meetings, Telefonaten, E-Mails und Diskussionen kann die Fach- und Führungskraft sein Fachwissen und seine Stärken in der Präsentation unterstreichen. Diese werden im Seminar „English for Negotiation“ erarbeitet, damit Geschäfts- und Netzwerkkontakte nicht nur gepflegt, sondern die Verhandlungen mit Kunden auch erfolgreich forciert werden können.
